Religious Education at Holy Family Parish Minimize

The process of religious education at Holy Family Parish seeks to help individuals and families deepen their christian faith and Catholic identity through sacrament, instruction and community.

Youth Grades Pre-K - 5 Minimize

A school year process offering life centered, doctrinally sound, age appropriate weekly lessons.

Pre-K - Kindergarten

Preschool children ages 4 and 5 are invited to gather on Sunday mornings at 8:45 am, 10:15 am (Spanish) and 12 noon. This program captures the imagination of the young people and helps them focus on God’s gifts: our world, our life, Jesus, family and friends. Bible stories and activities are a part of these sessions; and, there are take-home pages to foster family involvement.

Grades 1-5

The Religious Education Program for grades 1-5 reflects the goals of the National Directory of Catechesis (NDC) for sharing the faith of families, catechists, and young people through study of the Creed, Sacraments and Liturgy, Christian living and Prayer. Children in these grades are invited to attend these classes regularly throughout their elementary and intermediate school years. Family participation in this program is designed to help reinforce what the young people have learned and encourage faith practice, especially through attendance at Sunday Mass.
